Coconut Latte

Each week I am picking a letter of the alphabet, asking Chat Gpt to come up with an espresso based drink starting with that letter as well as generate a recipe. This week we looked at “C”. Chat Gpt came up with Coconut Latte.

Recipe:

• 1 shot espresso

• 0.25 cup coconut milk

• 0.75 cup of steamed milk

• 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

• shredded coconut flakes

Thoughts:

This was great, slighter lighter mouthfeel from a normal full fat latte, with a hint of coconut.
